"Partner-Invest" company was established in 2004 and specialized on residential housing construction projects development in mid-range segment. The company takes second place in terms of volume of residential housing commissioning in Tyumen market striving for leading positions at high-quality goods and services.
 
The portfolio of implemented projects includes a range of residential buildings and comprehensive development of 3rd Zarechny district. In 2010 the company had begun construction of "Evropeysky" district. In the short term the new economy class residential quarter’s construction is starting up.
 
The company is highly competent in the sphere of finances and sales. It has a record of a reliable developer and gives full attention to study of advanced Russian and global experience. The guideline in work is the Client’s needs and constantly changing modern notions about needful housing.

August 2004 Establishment of "Partner-Invest", OOO on the base of "Partner" Holding.
2005 Gaining experience in capacity of technical customer at holding’s projects and in capacity of several objects developer;
Completion of residential house construction in Muravlenko St. in Tyumen.
2006 Completion of 1st and 2nd phases of residential housing construction in Temiryazev-Chernigorskaya St. in Tyumen;
Beginning of integrated development of 3rd Zarechny district, opening of active sales;
Building of the shopping mall "Zeleny bereg".
2007 Considerable increase of sales volume;
Credit portfolio formation;
Development of new residential and commercial real estate projects;
Completion of first 4 buildings in 3rd Zarechny district;
Offsite meeting of Coordination Council on common land and town-planning policy elaboration in Tyumen region took place under the direction of Governor in 3rd Zarechny district.
2008 Beginning of "Evropeysky" district development;
Visit of objects in 3rd Zarechny district by incoming President Dmitry Medvedev.
2009

The company’s investment program and financial policy readjustment;
Development of a new strategy of product realization;
Visit of 3rd Zarechny district by V. Basargin, Head of Regional Development Ministry, E. Nabiullina, Minister of economic development, A. Misharin, Governor of Sverdlovsk region;
Retention of sales at planned level in spite of economical crisis.
2010 Start of "Alfa" quarter building in "Evropeysky" district;
Launch of "Modern" – a new format of housing;
Low rise housing startup in Bogandinsky village;
Elaboration of new projects of home building;
Completion of 5th phase of 3rd Zarechny district;
