The processes and procedures of management are structured, therefore, to provide law-abidingness, rules and guidelines, to provide optimal conditions for making farsighted important decisions.

The structure of corporate management

There are three main bodies of corporate management in "Partner-Invest": General Participants' Meeting, Board of Directors, and General Director.

A special attention of the company is devoted to development of corporate culture, which is formed due to code of ethics and core values, set out by the management and supported by all employees.

"Partner Invest" acculturates to employees the openness and trust, in the framework of which a wholesome clash of opinions and personal responsibility of everyone for the result is encouraged.
