  The history of "Sibacademstroy" company, the leader of building in Siberia, had begun on October 14th, 1948. At that time P.O. # 53 was founded by the command signed in Glavpromstroy in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of USSR. The regulation of Ministry Commission, preceded this command, had explained the meaning of establishment of new construction organization and its mission – to build the plants and objects of atomic industry facilities of Soviet Union.
  "Tilan" company was established in January 2002 in Izhevsk. Its business-line is project management in the field of urban development. Western methods of development (foreign experience of real estate construction) were derived for qualitative implementation of this direction, and it guarantees projects execution.
  "SK Omega", OOO, is Croatian building company, which possesses high culture of production. It consists of specialists from Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, who have a vast experience in construction of projects in Eastern and Western Europe (Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia), Middle East and Russia.
  The group of companies "SM City" deals with development of residential and office real estate, as well as commercial estate administration in Krasnoyarsk. At present time the group implements a range of large-scale projects in the sphere of residential and commercial property on the territory over 50 ha. There are over 35 th. sq meters of commercial and industrial property in the ownership of SM City.
